What's it like to be an Admin of an Internet system? How does the User of that system feel under strict moderation? Data Transfer is a game that simulates the relationship between an Admin of a system and that system's User.

Your goal is to overcome your opponent by wiring different components of a circuit board to each other. Move colored components around, wire them together, and see what the results are.
